WDMSC Fall Registration for Recreational, Academy and Select Programs
- Recreational and Academy Fall Soccer will begin on the week-end of August 28-29
- The deadline to register for Recreational and Academy Soccer was June 20

- To enroll in the Select Program you must have participated in select tryouts and been offered a bid for a select team.
The WDMSC is pleased to offer youth soccer programs to players ages 4 to 18 years old

There are two ways to register for WDMSC Fall Soccer:
1. Online Registration: This is our preferred method since it allows you to create and edit your players’ records from season to season. You may use a credit card, debit card, or you can choose to mail us a check. There is a small additional online charge added to the WDMSC Registration fees. The WDMSC shares this online cost with you, but as a nonprofit, volunteer-based organization, we unfortunately cannot absorb 100%.

2. Mail in a Recreational Paper Registration form, Academy Paper Registration form, Select Soccer Registration form (a copy was included with every bid letter). Print, complete and mail the appropriate form(s) with your fees to the WDMSC. Only cash or checks are accepted with the paper form. Forms will also be available at Soccer Connections.
If your player has never played for WDMSC, we will need a copy of his or her state-certified birth certificate.

*Academy players may register now for both fall and spring sessions of the Academy. The cost is $440 and you must use a paper registration form.
