The West Des Moines Soccer Club is now accepting registrations for the Fall 2008 soccer season, which is tentatively scheduled to begin on August 23, 2008.

Players who were born between July 31, 1990 and August 1, 2004 are eligible to play soccer this fall.   

There are three ways to register:

 

1. Online Registration: This is our preferred method.  You create and can edit your players’ records from season to season.   You may use a credit or debit card, or you can choose to mail us a check.  There is a small additional online charge added to the WDMSC fees.  WDM shares this cost with you, but as a nonprofit, volunteer-based organization, we unfortunately cannot absorb 100%.



2. Mail in a Paper Registration form:  Print, complete and mail this form with your fees to the WDMSC.   Only cash or checks are accepted with the paper form.  Forms are also available at Soccer Connections.

3. Come to walk up registration at the Raccoon River Fields on May 17th:  We will be available from 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon.  We will have forms available for you to complete or you may just drop off your completed forms and fees.

 

If your player has never played for WDMSC, we will need a copy of his or her state certified birth certificate.
