The West Des Moines Soccer Club is pleased to announce the 8th Annual Golf Classic will take place Thursday, August 9th at Echo Valley Country Club. Registration check-in will be at 12:15pm with a shotgun start beginning at 1:00pm and the dinner and awards at 5:30pm.

The cost of this event is $90 per golfer or $360 per team of four and all proceeds will go towards the West Des Moines Soccer Club Capital Improvements Campaign. Tax deductible sponsorships are also available. We realize that everyone interested in playing might not be able to attend but we would appreciate your business or family sponsoring a hole. 

To enter the tournament, please fill out the form below and mail by Friday, July 27th, 2012 to ensure team placement.  If you enter as a single golfer we will place you on a team and notify you of the names in the foursome.
