2010-2011 Fees for U11-U14: $950

2010-2011 Fees for U15-U18: $895

As of today date 6/21/10 - this page is specific to U11-U13.  It will be updated for the older ages on July 1st.

To complete the acceptance of your bid and be placed on the team you must complete ALL of the following:

1. Contact your coach with your decision to accept this bid by 12:00 Noon on June 22, 2010.
2. Register for fall soccer. By:
1. Registering Online, or
2. Completing the enclosed registration form and returning it with your bid acceptance form and fees.
3. Complete and return the attached acceptance form with one of the following by June 29, 2010 to WDMSC, P.O. Box 27008, West Des Moines, IA,  50265:
1. a full payment of $950 if you are including the paper registration form or $855 if you registered and paid online.
2. the payment plan paperwork and appropriate initial payment. Click here for the U11-U14 Forms or here for the U15-U18 Forms
3. post an online select fee payment by clicking here.  Please note a separate online fee applies.
4. If you choose this option, you still must register separately and pay the $95 fee.

• A monthly payment plan is available.  Plan details and paperwork are available at www.wdmsoccerclub.org and must be returned with your bid acceptance form and appropriate fees by June 29, 2010.
• Fees are non-refundable.
