Director of Recreational Programs
The Recreational Director is responsible for managing the various aspects of the recreational team programs. Said Director has the following responsibilities:
- Supervise the Recreational Coaching Director and/or DOC in conjunction with Director of Competitive & President.
- Oversee the training and supervision of recreational coaches with DOC.
- Oversee the operation of recreational clinics and camps with DOC and ED.
- Oversee organization & implementation of Club sponsored recreational tournaments Spring and Fall.
- Work with the risk management representative for the club to ensure compliance with the Iowa Soccer Association requirements.
- Attend and participate in Greater Des Moines Junior Soccer League monthly meetings.
- Communication with the recreational coaches throughout the year assisting with questions or concerns.
- Facilitate and finalize the volunteer recreational coaches assigned to each recreational team during Spring and Fall seasons.
- Assist in the recreational teams practice time when RRSC is open for sessions.

Director of Fundraising
The Director of Fundraising is responsible for managing all information, promotion and fundraising activities for the club.

- Assistance in publication of the WDMSC E-Newsletter.
- Manage, coordinate and operate all concession stands.
- Develop and manage club promotional programs and merchandise.
- Develop, manage and coordinate with Executive Director on club fundraising campaigns.
- Reports and updates during monthly board meetings.
