West Des Moines Soccer Club Values

Development: The education and development of youth and adults who
participate in our programs, not just as soccer players, but as individuals, is the most important responsibility of the Club.

Inclusiveness: The Club will provide soccer programming for players from
ages 4 through adulthood and at all levels of competitiveness. The Club will
strive to ensure that no child is denied the opportunity to participate in some type of soccer programming.

Honesty and Integrity: All dealings of the Club will be conducted in a
manner that is honest, fair and respectful.

Good Sportsmanship: When participating in Club activities, all persons
associated with the Club - players, coaches, parents, officials and other
volunteers - will conduct themselves in manner that reflects positively
upon the Club, adheres to the principals of good sportsmanship and the
Club's Code of Conduct.

Good Neighbor: WDMSC is committed to maintaining strong relationships with
the community and affiliated soccer organizations.
