Cost:
8v8 brackets $450 per team (4 game guarantee)
11v11 brackets $500 per team (4 game guarantee)
Brackets:
U11 boys/girls: Gold & Silver divisions 8v8
U12 boys/girls: Choice of 11v11 or 8v8
U13 boys/girls: 11v11 Gold bracket
U14 boys/girls: 11v11 Gold bracket

The West
Des Moines Soccer Club is pleased to host an early season premier soccer
tournament in West Des Moines,Iowa. This tournament is
designed to create a pre-state cup environment of high quality play in a
friendly environment.
We pride
ourselves with offering high caliber competition, excellent referees and an
outstanding facility. Additionally, we strive to provide teams with an
organized, well-run event to make this the most enjoyable tournament
experience possible.
In 2008 the tournament will be held at James Cownie Soccer Complex after
five successful years at WDMSC's Hidden Valley Soccer Complex. The move to Cownie was neccesitated to allow us to continue to expand the tournament to meet the demand for the tournament and allow us to offer 11v11 brackets in the U12 age group. Many surrounding states play 11v11 at U12 and to continue to attract top teams the tournament committee decided to expand our tournament to offer this. Additionally, a number of teams expressed a desire to have two levels of play at the U11 age group to allow their club
to bring multiple teams to the tournament and have each compete at the appropriate level. With these changes the Hidden Valley complex was not large enough to continue to be the primary tournament site.
The James Cownie Soccer Complex offers 12 professionally maintained fields. It is one of the best facilities
in the Midwest, hosting the US Youth Soccer Association National Championships in 2006 and the Snickers Midwest Regional Tournament in 2007.
