Registration for the 2006 West Des Moines Soccer Club Premier Games will take place at the following location, dates, and times:

Friday, April 7, 2006, 6:00-8:00pm Marriott Hotel on Jordan Creek Parkway
Saturday, April 8, 2006, 7:30-11:00am Hidden Valley Soccer Complex
We encourage all teams to register on Friday night, if possible. Registration will be at the Marriott Hotel, which is located at 1250 Jordan Creek Parkway in West Des Moines. This is immediately southwest of the intersection of I-80 and Jordan Creek Parkway. Registration will occur at the Concierge Lounge on the 9th floor. Appetizers and beverages will be provided.
On Saturday, registration will be performed on-site at the soccer complex. All registrations on Saturday must be completed a least ½ hour before game time.
All items below must be provided at or prior to registration:
USYSA Teams
- USYSA or USSF player cards.
- Certified state roster.
- Guest player forms as required by USYSA state associations.
- Medical waiver forms must be shown at registration. However, they will be retained by your team & kept field side.
- Travel papers for out of state teams.
US Club Soccer Teams
- US Club Soccer player cards.
- Official US Club Soccer roster is required (and all guest players must be shown on the official roster).
- Medical waiver forms must be shown at registration. However, they will be retained by your team & kept field side.
- Copies of insurance cards for all players must be provided at check-in.
Here are a few important reminders for all teams.
- Parking: Most of our games will be played on our north fields and parking on the north side is somewhat limited. As a courtesy, please consider car pooling whenever possible. Ample parking is available on the south side, however, with a short walk to the north fields.
- Directions to the Fields: Please note that the roads near the complex have been reconstructed in recent years and most on-line mapping services will not reflect the correct route. Please use the directions that are provided on our web-site.
